7.6.2.5 cummins insite no data value

hello everyone, I am a diesel mechanic small shop owner.

i updated my cummins insite on a new computer to 7.6.2.5sp verision and have a pro plus password. I am not recieving any values for ecm data, and when i do a turbo actuator test it keeping running but never updates any status.

i have a older computer with insite 7.5 basic verison it will not allow me to command a test but it will show me ecm values.

Try using pro - activation instead of pro-plus. I've ran into issues using pro-plus
