Which DDL is right for me? Empty Which DDL is right for me?

I have a 2003 D60 12.7
I've been told to get DDDL6 and I've been told to get DDDL 8 and it is backward compatible. 
Which would be the best. Also, any input on an interface for this?

Try DDDL7.11 and nexiq usb link 2 , find the download link in the forum!
