KTS 520 with esi 2013/1 connection Empty KTS 520 with esi 2013/1 connection

Hey guys.  I have a KTS 520. I download and activate ESI 2013/1 but it looks like being in demo mode. 
Can I get some help? 
I can't make screenshots for my laptop si I took a picture with my prone. (Don't laugh)
