DETROIT DIESEL ELECTRONIC SUITE UNABLE TO LOCATE DDDL 6 Empty DETROIT DIESEL ELECTRONIC SUITE UNABLE TO LOCATE DDDL 6

I recently instaled DDDL 6.45 and DDDL 7.0
But I have problems with both.
When I open Detroit Diesel Electronic Suite and try to open DDDL 6 i get the message UNABLE TO LOCATE DDDL6
And once I open the Detroit Disel Diagnostic Link  directly from the icon I get the message NXULNK32 initialization failure Error Number 275
Can somebody help me please
