Cat ReRate HP issue Empty Cat ReRate HP issue

trying to rerate a cat c-13, I am able to refresh and then when I try to program the pmc the password screen comes up I generate a password and it keeps saying incorrect password.
Any help would  be appreciated.

I will have to check when I get to work, it came with et 2020
press Cntrl F2 and it appears, move it over the QR code and it generates the password.
